- presurgical: rub in during 3 min., keeping wet.
- prior to injections: rub in during 15 sec., keeping wet.
- prior to punctions: (skin poor in sebaceous glands) rub in during 1 min. (skin rich in sebaceous glands) rub in during 3 min.
